OPEN HOUSE


Due to the amazing response to our Open House for Fresh Meat sessions in 2009, ORD is hosting another session
with the captains from The Bytown Blackhearts and Capital Carnage.

*NOTE* the waiting list is currently closed for this session

We have recently restructured our program to accommodate those who are not interested in full-contact derby but more of a low impact/ roller skate fitness program.

We welcome all women over 18 years of age, from every fitness level, body type and orientation. Whether your interest is in derby or just the fitness program you are definitely guaranteed to have a great workout, meet some fantastic women all while having a great time!

We will get you started by renting you a pair of roller skates ($10 fee), teach you the basics of roller skating and then move onto the basics of roller derby. You will then be able to decide if you want to join one of our in-house recreational teams or remain a casual skater.
